Introduction & Opportunity
RRIM Private Equity Fund is an India focused growth PE fund primarily investing in Agri and Agri-related products/services. The Fund is designed to act as a feeder fund to an Indian PE Fund (closed ended AIF CAT II Fund registered with SEBI) managed by Seven Rivers Capital.
With a fund life of 8 years and an investment period of 4 years, investments will be made across the food ecosystem ranging from food, cereals, pulses, fruits & vegetables, oil seeds, nuts, spices and herbs, to dairy, seafood, meat, fiber and bioenergy.
